Designing your landscaping with your entire property in mind can be very helpful in seeing the bigger picture and how you want to use your yard. Also this can allow any unnecessary steps to be avoided, allowing you to keep costs down. This also allows you to choose to implement small projects or take the entire project on in big remodel.

WHAT TO CONSIDER:

• How long have you lived at your property and how long do you plan on staying?
• Do you enjoy working in the yard?
• What is the space going to be used for? (I.e. Entertaining, gardens, athletics….etc.)
• Does your property have an irrigation system?
• Are there any drainage issues that need to be considered when designing and addressed along with landscape installation?
• Is landscape lighting an interest? For both security and illuminating your landscape.
• Are there any other considerations that our designer needs to know about?
