• Service includes the use of a core aerator penetrating up to 3" deep. Core Aeration provides the best method to devleop thicker grass roots, ensuring thicker grass blades and density.
• Aerator requires gates to be at least 48" wode. Properties wiht smaller openings will be porvided an amended contract upon request.
• Aerator will not be able to be completed in areas of standing or pooling water.
